TRAINING WALKS AVAILABLE

You may feel that you do not want to attend a training class as your only problem is not being able to enjoy a relaxed walk out with your dog, because of pulling on the lead or antisocial behaviour towards other dogs or people.

I offer an option of Training Walks on a one to one basis.

This lesson starts from your home followed by your normal walk so that the problems can be witnessed and a training plan can be put into place for you. Follow up sessions can be arranged at your request.

Remember it’s never too late to start training rehabilitation will always take longer, it’s never an overnight fix but dogs will return to a balanced state if your energy is correct with them.

HOMECARE

IMG_3892Sometimes we all have to work longer hours than we normally do, or have a family crisis of some sort which then gives you the worry that your puppy or dog is at home unable to gain access to the garden for his normal needs. Puppies will also need a lunchtime feed and some playtime on the occasions that you unavoidably cannot be home.

If this happens I am happy to call into your home feed and exercise your dog on a daily basis.

Homecare gives you the freedom to be able to have a dog with some of the worry lifted in an emergency or on a regular basis.

PACK WALKS (Small Groups)

Whether a puppy or an older dog, socialising is an important excercise. When i take on a puppy for dog walking it's amazing how all of the other dogs that  i walk accept them into their particular group as well as nurture and teach them the right way to behave. Recalls become natural to them and staying with the pack is an instinctual behaviour also interacting with dogs met on the walk is made easy for them.

Older dogs who may have lost their way sometimes benefit from the same exercise but i always like to see how they are reacting at training sessions first.

If you would like to try one of these sessions don't hesitate to contact me to make arrangements for your dog to meet some new friends.
